I just received my watch & unfortunately, it was a letdown from the start. The packaging was torn, and it looked like the item had already been returned, most probably for the same reasons I’m now returning it (dead battery). The battery was completely dead, making the watch useless unless I pay nearly the same amount to replace it. As for the watch itself, visually, it looks okay but definitely cheaper than what the product photos suggest. Then again, for $20, I wasn’t expecting much. What bothers me most is that I trusted this product because it carried Amazon branding. That gave me a false sense of confidence in its quality and inspection process. It’s disappointing to think that no one checked whether the watch even worked before sending it out again. That kind of oversight feels careless and reflects poorly on Amazon’s quality control.

I love the look of this watch BUT the band has broken very quickly. I bought it first in February 2025. In band broke in August. I bought it again and then the band broke in October. The place where the leather wraps around and holds the pin is not strong and it separated both times. I’m sad because I really like the look of the watch and gotten many compliments but I won’t buy it again.

Strap/band is cheap quality unfortunately. Not a every day wear. Bought August 28, 2025. Band is tearing apart on left side face area.

I bought this watch Dec 2023. After 11 months, the strap broke. I need this watch double stitched around the face. Great colour and style.
