Great boots
I wear a 91/2 in these I wear an 8 1/2 they run a size big. I've got em broke in and they are amazing boots Im glad I bought these instead of another Irish setters pair. They good for the woods but you ain't really going to want to wear these in a warehouse setting because they won't last as long as actual work boots but if you are in the woods hunting or need boots for all terrain these are the ones to go with.

Great product...
I am a Marine veteran (1969-1975) who had not owned a pair of military combat boots since my government issued leather boots finally wore out in about 1978. Since that time I have gravitated towards high end hiking boots. I have worn out several pairs of Vasque Sundowner leather boots and kept replacing them because they enjoyed a long lifespan despite my abusive treatment and were the most comfortable boots I found for carrying heavy loads. When my latest pair had to be downgraded to "farm boots" I considered getting another new pair but did not like the latest Sundowner style and material choice. After doing some research I bought the Belleville 500 waterproof boot. I bought the same size Bellville 500 that I normally wear in hiking boots and found the fit to be generous but not too large. With cushion sole socks and a proper lacing the boots were perfect right out of the box. I did a three mile walk on a paved trail the first day I had them in total comfort. I did about five miles on a gravel/dirt trail system at an abandoned quarry two days later. Again, no problems with fit or comfort. I now consider them ready for any hike I choose to take. One piece of advice...if you have never worn military boots before, check out a few youtube videos on lacing and tying options before you start wearing them. I like long laces with a double wrap just below the top of the boot with the ends tucked inside the boot to eliminate snags. I can not imagine wearing them with a traditional bow or even double bow.

Good boots but..
This is my second pair. The first, lasted 6 months doing garbage. Let’s put it this way, until I came across these boots, I had to buy new shoes or boots every two weeks. Average 20k steps a day just loading garbage, lots of running. Anyways, first pair was great, this pair, souls really wore out fast and then on top of that, they split down the middle. Good dam boots, waterproof and insulated enough if you keep moving, you stay warm. I’d suggest a better in soul but dam tough. Won’t regret this purchase. I’ve bought 250$ Name brand boots and then the cheap Shaq shoes from Wally World. Best 200$ you’ll spend.

Great boot.
Only thing is the boot is so water resistance it dosent let water out but so comfortable I wish they had these when I was a young Marine.

Buy the boots.
The moment you see these boots you’ll know you’re getting more than what you paid for. I’m extremely happy with my boots!

Order a size down
My first pair of boots that I'm breaking in for the Marine Corps OCS next summer. So far I've loved them! I got these over the Bates Lites that were recommended to me mainly because they're a little heavier and I wanted to train myself with a heavier boot for longer runs, hikes, etc... I haven't yet tested these in water to know if they're waterproof or not but I will be reviewing these multiple times as I wear them more hopefully the next year or two at least. These fit quite well, I ordered a complete size down from my typical Tennis Shoe size (I wear 12 normally but bought these at 11) and they fit perfectly. If I had one complaint it's that these squeak a little while walking on a hard tile or laminated floor, but that's not a big issue for me.*Update*4 months in to using them for light civilian use and the Eagle Globe and Anchor emblem has faded completely on one and is very light on the other. I have contacted the seller and am awaiting a response, hopefully they'll do something about it, but basically I'm wearing unserviceable boots after 4 months.*About 9 months in- It's time for OCS, I leave in about 45 days. Still a good boot minus the fact that the EGA has faded. I'm going to contact the seller again and see if I can get them replaced or get the EGA reprinted. I also have worn them in water a few times, and they're pretty water tight! I thought there was a leak about halfway up but I think it was just the coldness of the water at the time because my socks were almost perfectly dry when I took the boots off.
