Remote programming.
Unfortunately, I was unable to program this remote to my new lock. After repeated attempts I contacted customer service and they have promised a replacement "as soon as it is in stock". Really can't give an honest review until I have the new remote. I can say that the remote that came packaged with the lock works very well. This remote was an additional that I purchased separately, so that both my wife and I would each have a remote.

Sell the lock with two of these not one!
Works like it should, but is a little over priced.

It's super cheap feeling especially if you've owned any key fob newer than 2012
Same fob that comes with the kit. Very cheap feeling. Feels like pushing the buttons will break it. Please the batteries lasted 2 weeks. Good luck trying to replace them, it's a nightmare. They could source better key fobs and charge a little more that would be fine, but these things are junk.
