Vocal Selections From "The Music Man"

This seller sent the book quickly. The book is exactly what I was looking for.

I play piano, and was looking for my copy of this book recently and seem to have either loaned or lost it. I quickly realized I couldn't live with a copy (I read the music when I play.) so ordered another. This one is nice and crisp, unlike the tattered well-used one I lost. These "vocal selections" books on B'way shows are great for amateur piano players, and this is one of the best...especially for the really great shows that are quickly sinking into the past and out of sight and mind. While everyone else is playing 76 Trombones and "Marian the Librarian" from this book, I always turn to one called "It's You" first. It's a totally forgotten non-hit song from this great old show, but one of my all time favorites from any musical. If you play, try it.

Music is difficult for students to read. Print is quite small.

Lots of my favorite songs from The Music Man. This is maybe a level 5 or 6 to play, for the most part.

I purchased this book for an adult piano student. He and his wife had loved this musical from their dating days and really enjoyed being able to see the music in print.

One of the best musicals ever. LOVE it.
