I've ordered from Seed Ranch previously and they truly deliver some of the best gourmet sauces I've ever tried. The hot sauces are pleasantly warming without reaching unpleasant levels. Every sauce is incredibly deep and complex - and you can actually taste all of the listed tasting notes. The only way to get better is to order from the Noma Project, but for the balance of price to taste, nothing can beat Seed Ranch.

I made chili with a combination of the sauces: the taste with great with a subtle but recognizable heat.

The winner of these 4 in my mind is the Hot Thai Green hot sauce. The others are pretty good as well, The peach cayenne is quite sweet upfront, good on pork. The umami and smokey ghost are pretty good as well but aren't my favorites. Overall these sauces are more about flavor than heat. The Hot Thai Green and umami sauces seem to be the hottest to my palette, but your mileage may vary. Overall this is a good collection of sauces that are worth a try. Cheers!

I've been buying Seed Ranch sauces for several years now and they never disappoint. I can't comment on the NashSeoul because it's the only one in the lineup that I haven't tried yet. All the others are in a regular rotation at the house (looking at you, Smoky Ghost). Hopefully the friend who got this as a gift will become a Seed Ranch convert like the other folks I've gifted these sauces to.

Good flavor but not hot enough

These hot sauces have a ton of flavor and spice but not so much that it kills you and burns your tongue for 15 minutes afterwards. The flavors are very different than what you buy on the shelf at a grocery store. I very much enjoy and will be buying again when I run out.

This was a bundle pack of four different bottles of sauces and my box only had a single bottle. Where are the other three flavors? I prefer a refund. I hope this was a mistake from the store and not a scam since it has a zero return policy. Hopefully they will contact me and make this right. The color and consistency of the single bottle of Truffle Hound Hot Sauce I received looks nothing like the picture on the website, it is more a pale pink and gray of separated ingredients and no matter how much shaking, does not look like the picture or something I want to try.

This big package is the exact right size, including a hot sauce, a medium sauce and a mild sauce, as well as a shaker of flavour. All of these levels of hotness are worth your time because this recipe is sheer heaven on earth. When the flavours here are mixed with vegetables or meats i literally makes my mouth water as I'm eating. Fabulously delicious, savoury, musky - yes it can taste 'off' if you eat it straight from the bottle -- but in a dish... Mmmmmmmmmmm unbeatable.
