General Hydroponics Flora Kleen for Gardening, 1-Gallon

Absolutely LOVE anything from general hydroponics!!! I have yet to try one of their products n either be disappointed or it only worked soso...that being said this stuff will drop your ppm/ec to whatever your waters' baseline ppm/ec is with only 10ml per gallon...this is a must have for ALL growers that use a soil based medium n even coco or rockwool...buy it...u won't be disappointed n it's the cheapest outta all the reputable brands!

I grow most of our veggies indoors and some of my plants are 2-4 years old. Since I use plant food for every feeding and we have well water, over time, there is a buildup of salts and nutrients in the soil. Although I do periodically flush the soil in the potted plants, this task becomes more difficult in plants that are are 10-15 gallon pots. I started using FloraKleen a couple of months ago in my potted plants, and it seems to be helping a lot. I am not seeing the mineral buildup on pots when I pot up plants, and my plants seem much happier - especially the older ones. I water the plants using 5 cc's of the FloraKleen per gallon of water, and water until water drains into the trays. Then I syphon off the drainage water. I am using this FloraKleen once a month, and my plants seem much happier and are flourishing. This really does seem to help remove the salts from softened water and the excess minerals created by plant foods. So far, I would recommend this product for periodic use on potted plants, especially older ones. If my opinion changes, I will update this review. I hope this review was helpful for you.

This specific product has been around for years & have always used it. Works great. It’s a must have item if you want to properly flush any crops roots.

Used it for the first time with my last grow and if it works, I wouldn't know it. In other words, I used this product and the things people said would happen if I didn't use it, didn't happen, so there's that. Flushing is necessary and this product does that well enough not to be noticed, which is good.

Not necessary to use at full strength for final flush. Good stuff to reduce salts though. Will buy again.
