Compact and easy to use...
Really good compact keyboard to have for additional use when space is a premium on your desk top! If the rear tilt legs gave a slightly more raised back to the keyboard, that would have been better, but other than that, I like everything about it.

Good quality and sturdy for the size.
I bought this keyboard because I had to return the one I bought previously, which was just awful! I am so pleased I went for this one. Keys are easy to use and have enough movement that you know you've pressed them properly. The Caps Lock and Number Lock, etc. lights are very clear to see (not the case with other makes). It's light in weight and so very portable and easy to fit in a bag.The only negative is that I have to use it with the little support legs out, because it can move about on desks if not.

A wonderful keyboard but they changed the layout!
I've had several perixx keyboards ove the years and loved them all. I was delighted when this one arrive as there were several small changes which I really liked, including the new, rougher feel to the keys. But the trouble started when I realized that the function and alt keys have been reversed. I've been using it a month or so and still haven't managed to retrain my fingers. As I always have at least two keyboards on the go I decided I needed to get a second keyboard using the new configuration. Interestingly this time I took a look at the layout of the keys and saw that there was a version available with the old layout so I have ordered this. I hope it will also another, lesser problem, with the version I'm reviewing - I find it requires me to use a function key for certain functions which previous models haven't required.

Value for money
I just got this today and already it's made a massive difference to my desk space; it's so much better having a smaller keyboard if you don't need the number pad. However, there are, for me at least, some drawkbacks to this keyboard: it has a very low actuation force (i.e. is very sensitive), has a more "condensed" layout since is is a smaller keyboard, meaning that some keys are positioned a bit weirdly - most notably the arrow keys - but this isn't a massive deal and you get used to it. Lastly, the cable is a bit short, and it would be nice if it had a bit more leeway. However, given the price I am very happy with this.

Great basic wired keyboard
Great wired basic USB keyboard! Bought for connecting to SBC or as external additional one to a closed laptop.Had no problem of recognising the keys with several OS’es.Also seems quite solid and made of fairly good plastic. The only “drawback” is about the keys that are a bit “old style” buttons, rather than the modern “touch-like” ones: they need to be pressed, not slightly touched. And that is more a problem in the hands of the user (myself), rather than an issue of the product. This said, I am entirely happy with this keyboard! Recommended!!

Smooth operation, proper keys, saves space decent lead.
I needed this keyboard to make the space on my desk more efficient and it fits the bill well. Good keys (chicklet) with a nice mechanical feel, and I swapped from a standard microsoft keyboard to this one with no issues (and I touch-type, so don't look at the keys for positioning)... My only minor gripe would be that the elevation tabs at the rear to bring the keyboard angle up a bit could be deeper. Overall feels well put together so far.

Great compact keyboard
Great - my laptop keyboard is slowly giving up the ghost with S & D keys failing on occasion. This plugs in and away you go. I found the USB lead a bit too long for my purposes but otherwise can't fault it.

Small, very small !
I wanted a small keyboard because I don't sit at a desk and prefer to type one handed. I've used a Perixx keyboard for many years but it recently started playing up so decided to look for a new one and as my previous one was Perixx I knew they lasted quite well.I prefer a wired keyboard because it never needs the batteries charging or replacing and the wireless connection can be a little unstable and other transmitters can interfere with them.Size wise it is very slightly smaller than a standard layout, more like a netbook sized layout which is something that can be adapted to quite easily. I find full sized keyboards a bit too big most of the time.As with most things it's hard to find exactly what you want and you usually end up making compromises, I'll keep this one until I find something nicer that's not too expensive.Update after 6 months use; It looks like I'm going to have to start looking for a replacement keyboard because it has developed a couple of issues !Some of the keys are sticking and repeating characters when I'm not typing like this /////// or this ########## ! I have noticed this a few times and it's becoming annoying, obviously I've tried cleaning out any dust or debris etc and it has never had anything spilled over it, it doesn't even seem to be the actual key buttons themselves, I think it's an internal issue !The other problem is some of the letters are wearing off, for me these two things are enough to force me buy buy a replacement ! I suppose that's to be expected for the price but I have reduced my star rating to reflect these issues.
