Definitely worth trying. My 11-year-old Charlie, an American Eskimo, has been diagnosed with arthritis in his knee and hip. He was in severe pain and didn't want our companionship never mind go out for his walks. So off to the vet and after several months on Tramadol, it appeared to take his pain away, but he was lethargic and not his bubbly self. Things were looking grim for Charlie. So we weened him off the Tramadol and started him on an omega-3 rich diet and Kan Herbs. Within a month and a half, what a difference! He's alert, playful, loving and wants to go for his walks. He still has a slight limp...but nothing like before. He's 22 pounds. I give him a whole tablet in the a.m. and 1/2 tablet in the p.m. I have to crush it and hide it in moist food now because he started catching on that I was giving him a pill wrapped in cheese...then tried the pill pockets. He still spit it out. Crafty little bugger that Charlie.

I have a 14 year old border collie who is inbred and was starved her first year of life. I have tried to over compensate her bad start by raw feeding, supplements, lots of fresh spring water, etc. She was diagnosed with hip displaysia and arthritis at 5 years old and torn her ACL and went through surgery. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at the difference in Maggie whole health. She has more energy, functions much better and her quality of life at 14 is pretty darn good. Im extremely happy with this product added to her daily care.

This seems to help my little 17 year old dog a lot. My veterinary acupuncturist gave me a sample to use, and this, combined with acupuncture, really help my dog sleep all through the night relaxed, and when he wakes up, he is a tail wagging sweet boy! Prior to this, he was a bit stiff from arthritis when he woke up, and sometimes he seemed restless at night, even with his western medicine medication. I've been giving this to my now 15+ yr old husky lab for almost 3 years now and he is still very mobile and taking 1/4 mile walks daily. Can I say for sure this is the reason? No, but I'd like to think it has helped. He has never had any side effects from taking it either. The ingredients are natural and I feel like you can never go wrong with that.

I think these have made a difference in how our arthritic husky has been walking and more able to get up quickly from slippery floors. I ran out absent mindedly, and the next two days she seemed to be doing worse. I’ve since come to think that may have just been a couple of “bad days”, because she’s since gotten better on her legs while awaiting the delivery of the second bottle. But I am still eager for them to arrive, because I think there is a good chance they make a difference.

This is a good product. My dog was recommended this by my vet and it seems to be keeping him moving. We put two in his food every morning.However, my third order has been delayed in transit for over a month and, because it’s being fulfilled by Amazon, I cannot cancel the order until it arrives, which it likely never will. I would look for a seller who doesn’t use USPS as this one does, because delivery is incredibly shaky.

This is a fabulous product that our homeopathic vet proscribed for our Cushings dog who was having bad deterioration of the muscles in his hind quarters (this is typical of Cushings dogs). Amazingly, within two to three weeks of being on this product, he was walking easily and even jumping up as he did before the disease! The cost from online vendors is significantly cheaper than my vet, so I have been ordering it online. This is a great product! Give it a try!

I was paying double the amount, at my vets office , so now buying from Amazon . It helps her with not hacking. She is 14 years old.
