My son loved the Hape Hedgehog so I went online to see what other Hape products I could buy, this one immediately caught my eye because I was looking for a rain maker shaker toy. He loves it, right away crawled over to the toy while unboxing and he is crawling only a few days now. If he could've ran to this toy he would've!

Nice, but damaged upon arrival
Would’ve been a great item and I feel like it’s well made. Sadly, it arrives with the wood end cracked and raised up with a sharp edge due to the cracked wood. I Tried to have a stress free replacement done, but a system error cancelled my replacement and now customer service states they cannot reverse the cancellation error and can no longer offer replacement of the damaged item. Frustrating.

High quality
This is GREAT. Feels high quality and the beads fall beautifully not too fast so the baby doesn’t lose interest, there’s also a detailed fan part on the inside that spins as the beads move around. Very cool. The first rain stick we bought was a different brand and was awful, static built up and the beads would just stick to the sides.
