How long is a wash cycle?

It depends on which one you choose, and if you want an extra rinse. My favorite with an extra rinse is 49 minutes, so it could be shorter. For tough stains I do a hot wash with pre-soak and extra rinse, which is 90 minutes.

Is this a washer and dryer set?

The picture shows both a washer and a dryer but the description is only for the washer. Price seems a bit high. I would contact the seller to verify what this includes.

It depends on the model. The Speed Queen Top Load Washer TR7003 has a 7 year warranty. The Speed Queen Top Load Washer TR5003 has a 5 year warranty. The Speed Queen Top Load Washer TR3003 has a 3 year warranty.
