ACI Bitzenburger Jig W/Clamps Right Helical

Can't believe I waited so long to get this it's outstanding you can set it to however you want your fletching offset and it's completely repeatable what a wonderful jig you may read some comments about doing some work because of the machining marks and that's accurate there were a few places I touched up with a little sandpaper but that's okay awesome jig highest recommendation especially if you like doing your own stuff like we do we shoot aluminum arrows I know that's the old way of doing it but we're old this is the stuff the quality that you grew up with

I’m brand new to fletching and got this. Easy to use and set up, you will need to get additional components. TIP FOR NEW USERS= after gluing the first vein, make sure to TEST FIT each additional vein for perfect alignment. Happy fletching

I went cheap the first time around with a plastic version of this. It wasn't very accurate. This is the one I should have purchased in the first place.

Took a little bit of fiddling to get it set properly but now that I have it where I want I can repeat fletchings flawlessly

What else to say, this jig is it. Don't waste your money with cheaper ones. Perfect fletches every time. I use a 3 degree helical on 5mm FMJ arrows and it hits the mark everytime, period. No need for 3 vanes at a time speed, enjoy the process and let it do it perfect everytime and watch your groups shrink. It will save you money in the long run from paying the shop to fletch them, this jig will last a lifetime.
