Easy to follow for at home gym

I am getting back to Pilates now that I have time, staying home with everyone else for Coveid19. I have a reformer unit that really helps the work out. I found I could only remember some of the moves and probably not in the right order. When I discovered this poster I felt like I had hit gold. I followed the directions and rolled the poster against itself so that it would lay flat. After a day, it was lovely and I was able to put it against a large piece of cardboard. Now when I get ready for a work out I just follow the figures on the poster and my workout is very efficient. Since it is heavily laminated it will be beautiful for a long time to come.
