These recipes are incredible. Kassey’s approach to the keto way of eating is simple and delicious but best of all, it works! I have completed her challenges in the past and am so happy to have this beautiful cookbook with so many new exciting recipes to add to my keto meal planning. For me sticking with the style of eating Kassey teaches has been life changing. I haven’t had this much energy in years. I have reversed symptoms of PCOS and lost 15lbs. It isn’t for everyone, it’s a commitment. The meal prep takes planning and effort. Eating within individualized macros is crucial. But the delicious food and reward of improved health for me has been worth it. If you are new to keto or if you have been eating this way for a while this gorgeous book is a must buy.

Keto works it you work it!
Almost 4 years ago I started my ketogenic journey at 240 lbs. I was 66yo at the time and had several health issues. I knew if I didn't change something I was only shortening my already miserable life. Because I had never done keto before my meals were sometimes boring and redundant until I discovered Keto4karboholics Challenges by Kassey Cameron in Oct of 2018. I have lost over 100lbs and gained a whole new healthy life.I haven't missed a single Keto4karbolics challenge since I started so I have tried most if not all of the recipes in her book. I can vouch for how delicious her recipes are and I have also been a part of the evolution of Kasseys recipes. She is constantly improving recipes to also include vegetarian or dairy free options.Kassey uses real food in her recipes and provides budget options. Because she is a busy wife and mother she has taken into consideration the time involved in food preparation. Most all of her recipes can be put together in a matter of minutes. Yes it is true that if you a prepping for a weekly challenge it may take a bit more time than you are accustomed but that would be true of any real attempt at changing to a healthy lifestyle way of eating.Obviously I am a fan but it is really more than that. I have come to appreciate Kassey's love and desire to make a difference in others lives. Those in her challenges are like family and it shows in the way we support one another. Kassey's challenges can only be offered to a limited number of people because of the personal attention Kassey gives each one. I was excited for the book not only because I wished for one but this is an extension of Kassey's challenges that is offered to anyone that wants to make a lifelong change in their way of eating.

Simple and delicious keto recipes, you won't feel like you're missing out!
I've been using Kassey's recipes on and off the last year and have loved almost every single thing I've tried. Plus they are so simple (even the few that look intimidating, they're fairly quick and easily executed). My family, including 3 kids, has broadened their pallet and went out of their food comfort zone to try different cultural foods and reduce carbs and we have all been pleasantly surprised! With the help of Kassey's recipes I've lost weight and cut sugar out of our diets. I've tried many of the recipes in the cookbook and cannot wait to make them all! I wanted to pick some favorite to highlight here, but it's a really tough decision... cranberry baked brie chicken, broccoli salad 2.0, lemon poppy delight muffins, the best mac and cheese, maple bourbon meatballs, OMG bars, churro cake for one... And so many more!If you're new to keto there will be an adjustment period for some flavors and textures, please give it time!

The BEST keto recipe book ever!!
I have to say I am blown away at how amazing these recipes are!! One of my favs is the Jalapeño Popper soup. Its so good, it's hard to believe it's keto. And the American Goulash…YUM!! Those are just 2 of my favs but there’s way more than that.The only comment I would make about the book is the recipes make a lot of food. Seems like the recipes are for at least 4 people. So if you are making food for just 1 or 2 people you will either have to divide the recipes in half or plan on eating leftovers for a couple of days. Other than that the recipes are easy to make and they taste great! I’m so impressed with the book that I sent it as gifts to other family members.

Great Cookbook but be careful with carb counts provided...
I like the cookbook recipes but do not trust the carb counts listed on the recipes. I understand that counts can vary depending on the brand of ingredients you use but they are off significantly enough to put you over your carb allowance for the day. Calculate them yourself to make sure everything is accurate.Bagels noted as 3 carbs each, comes out to 5 carbs each.Corn Bread noted as 1 carb per serving, comes out to 3 carbs per serving.The items I have made have been delicious and to be 100% honest, I've made fathead dough time after time trying new recipes and this is the BEST so far (the bagel recipe). I'm excited to try more but just wanted others to know that the carb counts are off so be careful.

A must have cookbook
That’s me 3 1/2 years ago.. I’m 5ft tall and 35 lbs lighter, no more inflammation, and healthier than I ever thought I could be at 65.. I’ve been following and doing Kassey’s challenges for several years now, I was so excited when she came out with her first cookbook! Every recipe is awesome, fits great into my macros, and I love the colored pictures. Kassey’s meal plans are so easy to follow and if your serious about trying out the keto lifestyle, she is your gal.. her approach to this lifestyle is science based and the book will steer you in the right direction! But don’t stop there, check her out on IG and FB for more! Who says you can’t have dessert when eating healthy?? Not Kassey!

Good quality - Easy to handle.
I’m a 40 year old male who listens to his younger sister... She told me a year ago that ‘Kassey’ knows the Keto diet in and out. The wife grabbed her cook book to help with staple ideas. We’ve made a few recipes now and as per usual not disappointed.The only thing I might suggest is that there was a list of general ingredients used. For easier transitioning of the pantry! Lol. But that can be figured out.

Not as simple/quick as some reviews say
This is a lovely book but I was looking for meals that were fast, simple and suitable for someone not used to fancy cooking. Straight away I saw that lots of ingredients were not the normal cupboard items and hadn’t even heard of some! I think a reviewer has already said that a list of necessary ingredients, herbs and spices would be a good starting point. If this is the ‘beginners’ book I dread to see the expert version!

Easy and delicious recipes
This keto cookbook is so good. The recipes are delicious and are very easy to make. I have bought this book for friends that are wanting to try the keto diet and they also love it! I highly recommend it!
