As a maintenance mechanic, we use Motorola CLS 1410 at work. I purchased a more "popular" brand that stated that it worked with these radios and they didn't so I was skeptical when this stated that it would work.Lo and behold, they do work with the Motorola CLS 1410s and work very well. I hear very well through the ear piece and no one complains about not being able to hear me through the microphone.If there's one flaw, it's the design of where the clear tube connects. The port is gigantic and since I clip it to the back of my shirts, the back of the neck of my shirts are pulled down a couple of inches. It's not a huge deal, but kind of an inconvenience.The ear piece is pretty comfortable as I have this in my ear for about 6-7 hours a day. It seals nicely and drowns out outside noise making it much clearer to hear.Overall, I would recommend this product and I would personally purchase this again. I've even recommended these to other coworkers that are looking at purchasing their own as well.

I've used these on my job sites for many years, and I've had to replace them fairly often. I get maybe 4 months use before they begin to fail at the mic. I have to talk a LOT, and after a few months the mic button seems to wear down and it requires a longer hold down, and then eventually more precise positioning talk switch engagement. Sometimes I don't know if my guys hear me at all, and by that time it's cutting in and out.For someone who's not talking a lot, these are really great, but for someone who has to do a lot of cueing, they may be a buy you'll be making regularly (like I was. I finally went to custom earpiece dot com and bought one for $50. We'll see how it holds up.)

I worked in loss prevention for 5 years and we use cls 1410 the little small radio most retailers use. Our earpiece is the standard crappy Motorola earpiece that sticks out so I looked to this earpiece and works great! It fits in your ear comfortable, the cords can be tucked into your shirt so nothing hanging out now everyone at work wants one highly recommend.

I work in the film industry where a surveillance is standard and very important to have. These fit great, sound great and are professional quality.

I purchased these and have distributed them to my fellow church security team members. It's a large building, so communication is key. The sound quality has been great and the earpieces seem to be durable and dependable. So far, all of those who have used these have been very positive about them, as the sound quality is much better than what we had previously. They're excellent for the relatively low cost.

I work in the film business and I use my headset 12 to 15 hours a day. I need it to work the whole time. Ear hook so long it would fit on sasquatch, junction comes apart too easily, and the sound quality is too low.

These are great for film work and I always have a backup for my set buddies in my back pack.

I used this earpiece roughly 35 hours a week for 3 months before it stopped working. Since it came in a 2 pac i gave the other to a coworker who used it about 40 hours a week for 2 months before it stopped working. sound quality isn't great but hey, its coming out of a walkie talkie.

These seem to be very good PPT connectors. I’ve use them for about a week now and they provide crystal clear communication both incoming and outgoing.All parts including clips are sturdy and well manufactured and I think they are designed to last.Hands down the best PTT headphones I’ve owned.
