Browne (80223040) 8" Fluted Brioche Mould

When I had to explain to a store clerk what a brioche was, I knew finding a pan to bake one in was going to be a challenge. I finally found a 6-cup as well as 6 individual brioche pans online at Amazon. They came in a timely manner and I have enjoyed several recipes of brioche. The sturdy but lightweight pan allows the bread to bake evenly and golden, and slides out of the pan easily. Cleanup is easy -- just pop into the dishwasher. Highly recommended.

This brioche a tete pan is awesome.

Difficult to find a reasonably priced larger size brioche pan. This is acceptable. Edges were not smooth. Wish it were a tad larger to fit a full recipe. Good shape. Sturdy material.

Works great for a pudding or cake mold.

I got this for a French dessert--crème caramel, as the ending for a wonderful French dinner with family and friends. It was perfect for the dessert and was so happy that I was able to find it. thanks.

I had one like this but during our move not sure what happened to it. Anyway I use it to make taco salads like the ones that taco bell use to make. It works great but the one I had was a little bigger we love it.

Very good quality; good metal non stick material. The 8" is exactly what I was looking for for colored jellos, good presentation rice with meat, any rice or pudding dish that you need to present well, this is the one for you!
