Overall, this purchase was fine. However, it arrived a bit crushed —the box was not crushed, but the actual product inside was. It was still usable, so I did not bother returning it.

I used to get the one year filters but they cost $100 each I’m going to try these to see how they handle the dust and dog hair.

We tried to switch to a different brand and ended up back with Lennox.

Definitely served it’s purpose. Will buy 2 yearly.

2 Healthy Climate Merv 13 filters for 99.95 how can you go wrong. They are always delivered in perfect shape, right to your door, quick, and the filters do the job they are supposed to. Each comes wrapped in plastic so that if you buy ahead it's not getting dusty before use. I store my second one above a heat duct and pull it down, unwrap it and it's ready to go. Its well worth the price at half the cost of the hvac guy, AND it's the exact one I want!

The lightweight shipping box was crushed a little - filters were OK tho. The MERV-13 filter size was a bit smaller than my MERV-11, same brand and stated size) from my heating company. I couldn't find a MERV-16 filter that would be delivered when I needed or would have purchased it. (MERV-16 would capture virus sized particles, the MERV-13 might help a little) I was looking to improve the winter interior air quality of my home. Delivery was exactly on time.

The filter arrived and five minutes later it was in my furnace. Perfect fit!
