If you are a person with allergies there can be serious side effects!
Be aware if you are an allergic person especially to citric fruits this supplement is dangerous. I took one capsul and after 6 hours I had blurry vision. Then I was itching all over and eventually had trouble breathing with pressure on my chest. I have an epi-pen handy shot myself with it and within a few minutes was fine. I will not try this again! I did see my doctor he said stay away from it! Please note I am allergic to oranges where my eyelids swell, but I never had to use the epi-pen so I did not expect such an extreme reaction. Be careful!!

The first week of taking I didn't loose weight or feel any more energized, the second week lost one pound but due to 30 min of exercise a day and a cut of 500 calories a day. Did not feel HCA did anything for me.
