Threading is a pretty loud when putting together/taking apart. My box didn't have a flint rod at all. I thoroughly looked through the packaging and foam...nothing. I looked through the main Amazon box....nothing. There's a cutout for where the flint rod goes...nothing there. The emergency glass breaker does not screw in flush. No instructions included, which let's you depend on the Amazon product page, and common sense, for assembly.*EDIT 3 to 5 Stars* - Company made it right in the end. Sent an entire new setup with all pictured items. Even added a picture to the page due to feedback. Instructions would be nice in the box...but a little common sense combined with trial and error should get you there.

Everything is useful but the hatchet. When swinging the head will turn on you. Would work well for a left handed person but for a right handed person the threads need to be flipped. Its nice and compact but the hatchet makes things harder than it needs to be

Great design, assortment of attachments, sturdiness, ease of assembly, functionality and price. Makes a perfect gift or addition to any survival or outdoorsman essentials. After sharpening all blades and if used properly this kit will last long time.
