Knowingly, Theragun is placing G3 batteries in the G4 so you just get 75 or less min... it is written in so many other reviews **Q: Hi there , if i purchase g4 device nowadays it will come with g4 batteries or not as i will pay for 150 min battery capacity and not g3 75 min ?** A: You will receive batteries that read G3 and they will last less than 60 min. They have doing that knowingly. I bought from Amazon (not Amazon's fault) and directly from them, have a couple of friends and I HAVE NOT seen a battery that reads G4. They sell PRO Batteries -separately- that cost 59 dollars EACH that they say last 150 min. Batteries that are supposed to come with the device in the first place. Battery Life Questionable... *by E***M on December 24, 2022* I exchanged the first one I ordered because the battery would only last about 15 minutes, tops. The replacement I received lasts closer to what is advertised, and is still going strong almost a year later. I haven't used the more expensive models, but the Prime seems to do everything I need it to do and I'm not certain why I'd ever really need (or use) any of the features of the more expensive models. So, if you're wondering if the more expensive deluxe models are worth it, then I'd say probably not. This model is perfectly capable of pummeling the knots in muscles to oblivion. I have also since purchased the Theragun Mini to keep on my coffee table while this one remains in my home gym. The only real advantage the Prime has over the Mini is the increased grip options which make it easier to reach and apply pressure to some spots. I have them both paired to my phone, but the only thing I use that for is to occasionally check the battery level.
