Discovered this onion dressing by accident. The family fell in love with it and now cannot 'live' without it. A staple for just about everything you can think of when preparing salads, condiment staples in cooking, or making flavorable or unique dips. Stong taste, right out of the bottle, but well worth it if you are looking for a very distinct tasting experience. The taste, although strong, is not overwhelming and tends to blend well with other ingredients. Better than balsamic but not a substitute. Just better tasting when you need a break. Cannot go wrong.
