If the basket spins but clunks, it usually means the basket is out of line. This can easily be fixed.Secondly, the gears might be out of line. If the basket won't spin or spins hard, this usually means the gears are out of line. This can be fixed as well.Lastly, the extractor might be damaged or defective. This extractor can get 3 large frames. Can I have the dimension of those kind of frames?
