I felt very healthy taking this supplement. I've had elderberry in the past and it was bitter and kind of gross. This product is way better. I like the taste and it's not overly sweet. This product is good, however, packaging should be insulated. It was left in mailbox all day and syrup was hot. Not happy with that. I would recommend this product but do not have delivered in the hot heat of summer.

The dropper came broken and will not hold any liquid. I have to pour into a teaspoon to take which is inconvenient.
