New tapes
Milwaukee is a brand we trust. This pack was a great value for the money. It’s a quality tape with. Lock feature. This tape measure design is functional and has a pant clip for easy access when on the job. It’s came in handy for our porch Reno.

Nice set of tape measures, but not 1.83"
Not sure where that reference came from in the description, but the tape is 1 3/16" is 2" which is just plenty. I actually bought it because of that description but they are very good tape measures and don't need to have stars removed over that. I especially like the finger slot on the bottom. These are the first I've used to have that feature, and it gives you excellent temporary protection against retraction when you are extending the tape, and it lets you control things much better than with the button alone.

Large Labels and Hefty!
Can extend over 10 feet before it "breaks" and falls. A lot heavier than I was expecting, feels like quality parts. The strength of the retract/return gets much weaker as it is extended further, and speeds up as it gets closer to the end. Hardly any return as you extend past 10ft and may require some manual pulling to get it to retract.Big fan of the large labels. Hardest part was getting them out of the packaging. Would recommend!

Use this everyday
I never really got the hype about the more expensive tape measures. I would always use the cheaper ones they worked form me but I saw a deal on these 2 that made them a little cheaper so I though I would try them out and see the what the hype was all about. Let’s just say the hype was really I don’t use any other tape measure any more I didn’t know how different cheap and expensive tape measure really were till now with its standout and magnet it makes it so much easier to measure thing and with the big number it makes it really easy to read. Although the standout is impressive I’ve never got it anywhere close to what they claimed the standout was the farthest I’ve gotten it out without support was just under 12ft I believe they claimed it could support a stand out of 16ft but that’s just not true (believe me I’ve tried a bunch). Over all can’t complain to much great set of tape measures for the price
