Amazing BB Pistol!
Had This For About An Hour Now, And This Thing Is Crazy Fun! Love how it comes with 2 C02 Cartriges, a pack of bbs, a pair of safty glasses, and some targets. It is accually bigger than i thought it would be, which im glad about. It looks and feels like a real handgun. The Semi-Auto is A Great Feature, And I Love It. For $45 this is a steal! I Definately Recommend This To Anyone Looking For A Good, Cheap BB Pistol.

Has a lot to offer.
After trying out other BB and Pellet pistols, I landed on this one about a year and a half ago, and was sorry it took me so long to get to it. We have a lot of Chickens on our homestead. So we have a lot of unwanted rodents. Being able to safely hunt for them in close quarters pushed me to using C02 air pistols. To date, I've eliminated well over a hundred rats and voles. Probably half with this weapon alone. Pros... * Rapid firing. I have a few other semi-auto's, but their cycle rate is bizmal at best. Since only having a second or two to identify, make safe, and shoot my game, a fast cycle speed is crazy important, but also hard to find in inexpensive air pistols. This one is up to the task. * Dependable. As cheap as it feels, it has already provided me double the life of any of its predisessors. I recently had power and misfire issues with it. So I serviced it, including lubricating the gas system, and it instantly became new again. * Weight. All my other air pistols weight much more than this one. It's so light, it almost feels worse than a cheap toy. But it's that exceptionally light weight, that allows me to rapidly aquire my sight pictures. * Power. In my state, and according to most professionals, you need a minimum of 500 fps for rat sized game. This one boasts 480. Since almost all my shots are between 5 ft and 20 ft., it works out just fine. * Rail. Some of my other air pistols require an adapter to attach accessories. This one has it built in under the barrel. So I have my laser sighted in at 15 feet. And a small but powerful flashlight mounted to the side. Together they give me a nice red dot in nearly the very center of the light circle. * Price... This thing was, and still in one of the least expensive semi-auto air pistols in Amazon's lineup. Under $40.00. And comes with a fair amount of accessories. Cons... It's a BB gun. Not it's fault. But BBs are so smooth and round, even with a well placed hit, dying game almost always run off before expiring. BBs just can't do the damage my pellets and bullets do. Now I'm an ethical person, and never enjoy causing sufferage upon my game. Yet, I'm a practical person too. And rodents put the chickens at risk. I haven't found anything that works this well (able to take faster than they multiply) as this one. I've spent over $200.00 on a hunting air pistol, and even it wasn't fast enough to give me an advantage. Often, I will find myself trying to pick off several targets in a short span of time. Since I typically only get a second or less for each shot, I quickly push through my magazine, and no time to reload. I've made speed loaders and loading jigs, but it just isn't fast enough. Yet, I might have found extra magazines that fit my pistol. Amazon lists them like this: "Umarex .177 Caliber BB Gun Air Pistol Magazine (Pack of 2), 19-Shot Capacity". My research said they work for this pistol, but I haven't tried them out yet. In closing... A while back I discovered that rats and mice glow like Christmas Tree Light Bulbs under UV light. Seeing them clear as day in the dark of night has been a game changer to say the least. But be forewarned, rats and mice (and chickens), see in the infrared spectrum. So when I tag them with the UV headlamp, it's like tagging them with a flashlight. So you only get a few chances to confuse them before they figure out Blue Light Bad! Once that happens, it's back to game on, but with a light that makes them glow as they try to run away. Voles on the other hand, are like ghosts under UV light. That is to say they make their surroundings move like in a haunting. Sometimes it's the faintest piece of an almost perfect camouflaged outline. Either way, it took me a while to figure out those things mysteriously shifting in my blue circle site picture were voles. My solution was to turn on the pistol side mounted flashlight as soon as I saw the visual whispers. This allowed me to keep on the lookout for the lightbulbs while highlighting my current quarry. Lastly... I learned early on in my outdoor experiences, that knowing each animal's habits vastly improves my outcomes. Once familiar with their environment, wildlife will almost always follow pre-established escape routes. For instant. Our rats try to run from cover to cover as fast and as long as they can. And because they've learned my habits, they know how to limit my opportunities. But it also lets me be proactive about containment, placing unexpected obsticals, and heading them off at the pass. Voles like to run, but only to the next hideout. So they are much easier to pin down than the rats. But require me to use my flashlight to locate and bag. This giving up my position and status. Mice also glow, but for the most part IMHO, are survival idiots. They seemingly rely entirely on high birth rates and provided DNA to exist at all. But that same scatterbrained run of terror, means they are all but predictable. Now to be clear, their surroundings will force them to certain predictablility, but within those constraints anything goes. I've even had mice run towards me and then between my legs trying to get away. Go figure. Anyway, there's my two bits. If you've read through this entire review, I sincerely hope it helps you out.

SIMPLE - Some work & some do NOT work - Can NOT return - Don't take the Gamble.
Total Garbage- Total mistake of a purchase!! It just doesn't work. Seems from the reviews it's a total hit or miss gamble as to if you get one that works or not. Arrived and immediately got excited to open the box and use. Everything is sealed and packaged well. Bag with Safety glasses, small bag of BB's and two CO2 Cartridges. Got everything out, inspected everything looked at, read and followed directions. Loaded in the CO2 Cartridge, easy peasy little puff and then solid seal. unloaded the clip, filled it with BB's, release the spring for the clip and loaded it in the gun. Ready, Aim, Fire.... puff of air. Ready, Aim, fire, puff of air, No BB's eject from the gun. The CO2 is definitely working as the puff is a great solid puff, but just no BB's come out. After the second firing I could hear the BB's rattling inside the gun. Removed the clip and two BB's fell out. I played this game over and over for about an hour and a half and not once did I ever get a BB to fire, after well over 100 attempts and removing the clip over and over. Got so frustrated I put the gun down and had to walk away. This morning, I tried again and exact same thing. Went to return and it is NOT returnable. Went to the help page, no great suggestions there, as worthless as the piece of plastic in my hand shaped like a gun. It is clearly hit or miss as to if you get a piece of plastic that looks like a BB gun, that goes puff and leaves BB's rattling around inside or if you actually get a BB gun that fires BB's. The Gamble is yours and I wish I hadn't taken the gamble. Now I have a POS I can't return and get my money back and can't throw in the trash. I DO NOT Recommend this product today tomorrow or ever. I used to be a Crosman Fan. Will never purchase another Crosman product again.

Worked for a good while
This item worked great for some time, about a year or so but then it ran the cartridges out in an instant and was useless. I gave it to a friend as a prop.

Great product and value.
Arrived on time. Awesome product. Smooth, powerful firing. Average aiming accuracy. Comfortable grip and perfect weight for a female or male. Loading clip is a little tedious at one bb at a time, but holds approximately 20 bb's, which is great. Has a safety switch (a must since it is very powerful). Has a very real handgun appearance. Great value. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.
