Simple and get the job done
I commute to work on bicycle. I needed a place to place my keys, wallet, and phone. This does the job just fine. Install in under 2 minutes and ready to go.

Finally, the right bike bag for me
I bought this bag because I wanted to get my cell phone out of my back jersey pocket on rides. I had tried several other options and was ready to give up if this didn't work.First I tried a stem-cell phone mount but because of the size of my phone it was large and in my face, I couldn't use it. I didn't want people thinking I was riding around looking for imaginary creatures in a phone video game. Then I tried a stem bag and it was so large I thought my already slow enough mile per hour average would suffer an even greater loss. I tried a "goody bag" like the triathletes use, but it had a small magnetic enclosure I though could mess with my phone GPS and compass. Unbelievably, the clear pocket on top is large enough to fit my Droid Maxx 2 in it's otterbox case without too much problem!I will address some issues folks had with this bag.#1- knees hitting it. Yes, that did happen a few times. I have a women's specific frame which can have a shorter top tube than men's bikes. But I also was analyzed by a bike fit professional who said I rolled my left knee in on a pedal stroke. That may have been one of he reasons I developed IT band syndrome so if my knee is hitting the case, I'm using bad form. My inner thighs rubbed when standing up out of the saddle, but I don't do that much because it bothers my feet.#2- seeing the phone through the clear screen. I didn't actually buy the bag so I could see the phone, and I have my sleep mode set so I can save battery. I use a bike ride mapping app and I can still hear that nagging voice that tells me just how slow my splits are. :/ If it rains I would probably enclose the phone in a dry bag and put it in the main compartment because I'm not sure if the zipper would keep water out.#3- fit on the bike. I have a carbon frame which tends to be thicker. It fits my bike really well, especially when you consider how bad our roads are. It stayed in place after all those badly "fixed" potholes.I think this is a great bag for the money.

Anti-Glare Window & Zipper Redesign Would Sure Help, But Still a Useful Bag
Why they don't use anti-glare plastic on the phone windows is beyond me. But none of these top tube phone panniers on Amazon do. The glare makes it impossible to see the phone screen in bright light. I have also found the undulating plastic window greatly inhibits the touch sensitivity of my phone. However, once I peck at the window sufficiently to activate my lock screen, it can be seen fairly well. My phone, which measures 3.5" x 5.5" fits well and is held tightly by the velcro straps. In fact, it takes some effort to remove the phone. The pannier fits nicely on my top tube and the front strap and 2 bottom ones hold it firmly in place. It did not slip during my multi-surface ride. The storage space can hold my small bike tool bag, keys, wallet and a few small items. You could probably get a tube in it, if it is out of its box. The other less than ideal design features of all such panniers are present on this one, too: (1) when closed the zippers are either on the top, where they are hard to access and can scratch the paint, or on one of the sides, which still requires you to run one over the top when opening or closing the storage, and (2) related to the zipper placement, the compartment opens toward the seat, thus blocking a clear view into the bag. I suppose the idea behind this design is that, due to the rearward slope of the bag, the top would not stay open if it was hinged at the top. True, perhaps. But, I would rather have to hold the top open and be able to see into the bag. In any case, this is much better than the Allnice saddle bag top tube pannier, which does flop around and the saddle bags are so narrow and stiff they are hard to use.

Rear strap is too long, lacks internal storage pockets, smartphone pouch is stiff making it hard to work volume controls
My Roswheel bag disintegrated after a year, so I wanted a non-Roswheel branded tube bag for my smartphone. I found this to work well, but they still made the rearmost Velcro strap too long for road bikes. I'm not sure what they were expecting us to use for a road bike, but most tubes aren't big enough for this strap. The bag still rotates around a bit, but otherwise does stay stationary. The smartphone pouch is big enough for an iPhone 6 Plus or my Samsung S5 with Spigen case. It's also big enough to not cover the ambient light sensor. Unfortunately, the pouch is too stiff on the sides, so actuating the volume buttons is rather difficult. There's also a lack of internal storage pockets for keys/coins that just jangle around. My knees occasionally hit the bag but its because of the bag placement on the bike, and bike ergonomics - not so much that the bag is too wide.I use the smartphone bag to hold my keys, smartphone, and my Anker Soundcore Sport speaker to jam to tunes while I train on my roadbike.Overall: 4/5 stars - perfect size, but too long of a rear Velcro strap, lack of internal storage pockets, and too stiff of a smartphone pouch detract 1 star.

good job the phone is water resisitant
Godd case but as it comes, the phone cant be operated when it is in the case as you have to press the home button to operate it, so cut a hole in the case so I could work it. good job the phone is water resisitant.

Ah well 😐
Great quality......lovely looking bag......only issue is when standing cycling up a hill bag rubs off legs because it's wide......my own fault, should've done some research before buying....
