This is one heavy duty cord, and I love the option to print your name on it. I bought a blue one that matches my miller welder. Now instead of buying longer leads for my tig welder I can just roll the welder over to where I am working and use this extension cord. The ends are very solid and fit very snugly to standard 50 amp connections. It takes a bit of muscle to wiggle the connections apart which (in my opinion) is much safer than having a loose connection that pulls apart easily. The lighted ends are also a nice touch.

Don't buy the Hobart version of this welder extension cord offerd here. I have both. This cord is not only longer, it is less expensive and MUCH easier to coil in cold weather, PLUS the welder end of the cord has a straight plug and not angled like the Hobart cord....I also REALLY like the lighted ends that show the cord is energized....You cannot build this same cord as cheap as offered here.It's been 3 years since my first purchase, and I just bought another-yeah, it's that good a cord and that good a deal. Very heavy duty. I bought this to cut up and hardwire to a device because it was cheaper than buying the cable and an end, and inside of it was real (hemp?) rope reinforcement, quite a few strands, not the plastic twine fluff that's in a lot of cables these days. All in all a very well made product and serves well for my purpose and I'm sure it would serve well in the intended one.

This REALLY is a great cord. 6 stars if I could. My only regret was NOT buying the 50 foot version and not buying one a YEAR ago! It gets me out of my garage to work outside so I am happy with that. If you are doubting the quality of the cord, DON'T! Works great with my plasma cutter and my welder! Ordered Friday just before midnight via Amazon Prime standard two-day shipping, had Tuesday morning!

I got this to power my MIG, TIG, and plasma cutter. Works great. It's a really thick cable (which is to be expected for 220v) but still lays out flat and coils up easily. The lighted ends are nice and the whole thing seems pretty well constructed. 25ft is enough for me to reach anything in my garage with my welding cart.

Nice cable. The personalization on it is cooler than I thought it would be. Now I can move my tig around the garage without worry.

I'm impressed with the quality of the cord. Very heavy and flexible, kind of like heavy gauge welding cable if you are familiar with that. My only semi-complaint is that the plug material is slightly rubbery and makes it difficult to get the welder cable in and out.

Works great to extent the reach of my EV charger when we needed to park outside of the garage.
