What’s the difference between the special edition and the normal?

Twenty bucks. Seriously there should not be a difference as we sell these directly from the manufacturer and we have never hear of a "limited edition."

Do the front wheels pivot?

Yes pivot on the frony large straight on the back. Its a good cart.

How big is the area where the welder sits?

The cart is about 18 inches wide, 30 inches high, 32 inches long. With the welder on top it is another 15 inches high on top of the 30 inch height of the cart.
