House Flipper - PlayStation 4

It's a fun game and doesn't require the internet good for all ages

My grandson wanted a game for his new play station. He loves to build things and this has been a favorite game. He is very artistic and creative so this is perfect for him to design and create homes and rooms.

Have it on PC and just had to get it for playstation

So I bought this on steam for myself. I bought it on PS4 for my mother. It was a christmas gift practically. She hasn't gotten off it 6 months later. lol... There is a lot to do in it. It touches that home do it yourself bug a lot.Just keep in mind there are some bugs about the game that can be frustrating. And the devs don't seem likely to fix them, or even listen to a complaint.It's still a blast though.

In this game you can paint, plaster, tile, build/demo walls, decorate etc. Very addictive for women.

So from an adult's perspective, I think there is so much more to want out of this game, and it feels almost like an incomplete game. I anxiously await a DLC for this game. The decor options get pretty old pretty quickly in my opinion. I also wish the walls in the house looked more like walls in a house. Add some baseboard trim options, add some options to only paint halfway up the wall....I also ran into some issues with trying to add a wall above the door. There are a few bugs in the game but nothing major, they just cost you in game money.Some other things this game could improve:Have an "auto recommended placement" feature. I don't know how to put this other than I've spent way too long trying to get cabinets, doors and other items to click into place perfectly then moving the joystick JUST slightly too far and missing the area that it fits into. Have some sort of mode that you can turn on and off to make it easier for players to put cabinets and other decor where it needs to go so people don't waste their time. Of course give them the option to move the item from the "recommended" spot, but still. Annoying.Graphics could be a little bit better, but eh, you get what you pay for I guess.

I'm not sure how to write a game review so here goes. My whole family enjoys playing this game. It was purchased for my son who loves "designing games" to give him another type of creative outlet. We have found that each of us enjoy playing this game. My other teenage son says "the graphics are good" and "this is really fun to play'' and he enjoys the storyline/mode of the game where you do jobs to earn money.

If your like me and love dim style games and like to get creative, house flipper is a super addictive game.You start off with a rundown shack, which is basically your office and you have a laptop.From the laptop you get jobs to do, that range from just straight up cleaning to painting or renovation. The jobs are worth it to do some take long while others are short, but you earn money and raise up your perks, which will help when you buy your first house to flip.House flipper will consume your time without even knowing, yesterday I got so into what I was doing I didn't realize I spent nearly 6 hours on it.If you like your sim games this should definitely be in your collection I think it's among the best I've played.

This is a great game and before you know it, time just flies by! It's satisfying to clean up the areas and paint and redesign. It's quite relaxing.Unfortunately for me, the camera controls were clunky and without precision. They are not smooth at all. I found myself getting nauseous. It's a rare game that will do that to me and this happens to be one of them. Really wanted to be able to play this game for longer.

kids age 9 and 12 love playing this game. its 1 player but can create multiple users/accounts, inorder to both have a turn completing the tasks. some screens get cut off no matter what we change the ps4 settings or tv display settings to... online reviews seem to be a consistent issue.... still work the money for the game. maybe they will do an update someday to correct the sizing issues.
