No it is a silky material. Not sure about slits as l bought it for my grandson

Odd looking white stripes on collar that show when worn

Well made and a beautiful fit BUT I Hate the white stripes on the inside of the collar that show when you’re wearing it. Why did they feel the need to add them in the first place is beyond me. Would have been 5 star otherwise.
