Leaked
Smells great but the spray piece leaked and emptied the entire bottle in the first week!

Product isn't like previous purchases.
Whilst the packaging looked the same, the product itself didn't smell of essential oils, like it usually does. There was just a very strong alcohol smell. After spraying it on my hands, the had a burning sensation. This is nothing at all like previous bottles of this that I've had. Usually it's kind to skin and smells lovely. I won't be using this and will buy direct from Neal's Yard in future to see if it was just this one.

Not as expected
Love the brand, but I'm very disappointed about this item. The bottle arrived open and leaking. I found the smell extremely strong! At least Amazon are honest and refunded the money.

Wanted to re-order but decided against it once I realised that the price has almost doubled since the packaging has been changed

Worst Smell
I did not expect that. The Scent is the worst part of the item it's too strong and I feel kinda headache after smelling that. Everyone please be aware of that. Not recommended at all ❌

Fake product
Product doesn't come with a lid, look at the first photo carefully. I bought to have in my bag, so it's useless. Not a genuine Neil's Yard product, it's a copy

I work in a care home so I bought this product so I can just put it in my pocket at work I can’t put it in my pocket with no top on very disappointed with Amazon
