Great filter for the price. Water flow is nice and strong with it. My well water tastes great now. Worth the money spent on this filter.

This is a great, very easy to swap filter. It comes in two flavors, a charcoal unit for smells, etc and an RO unit that has a much longer life. The charcoal unit usually needs to be swapped out every year, the RO unit only every 3 years depending on the source water. The swap requires no tools, but a lot of patience. Merely unscrew the filter pull it out and replace it with a new one. No need to turn off the water. BUT you need to clear the charcoal so the tap needs to be run about 30 minutes to clean itself. We use the "BAD" water for our plants.

Update May 2022The new unit is definitely running better. Water flow is good.Update April 2022. The customer service dept read this below and reached out to me. They sent me a free replacement unit and spare filter. Hopefully it will solve the problem, as the new one seems to flow much better. I would still like better flow, but it is acceptable now.Well, I just wasted 30 bucks on a replacement filter. We replaced the top filter 3 months ago and the flow has been really slow, so bought another one, same thing. No lines kinked, inlet valve all the way open. Well. Maybe it was the RO (bottom filter) clogging 6 months early. I popped it out to verify the part number, then when I put it back in, the flow returned to normal. Seems these things get some sort of vapor lock when they get air in them? Anyway, It would have been nice if I knew that I should release pressure every so often on the RO cartridge. Tossed a perfectly good top filter in the trash today since once they are full of water, they cannot be stored... If you have one of these, and it runs slow, remove and replace the bottom filter...

Las instrucciones totalmente claras y ni una gota de agua perdida.No he encontrado instrucciones de si hay algún sitio de recogida de este tipo de filtros o de en qué recipiente tirarlo. Sería perfecto si pudieran reciclarse por la empresa.Muy contento con la compra del sistema Waterdrop por su comodidad.
