Works well and easy assembly before we out down our new bathroom floor.

Good quality product. I have three heat mats throughout my house and love them. Great for entry’s, bathrooms and kitchens. Been working with this product for 20+ years and have never had any issues.

I put this in the bathroom of my ski cabin, which previously did not have a heat source. It’s imbedded in thinset, with LVP floor covering. I used a Wi-fi thermostat, so I can check the temp in the bathroom when I’m away, and I can turn on the floor heat before I arrive. It keeps the bathroom comfortable, and it feels great on my feet in the middle of the night. Such a good upgrade!!

This was very easy to work with and install. We were able to manipulate the sheet in a small way that maximized where the heat goes so everywhere your foot can touch is heated and the wasted spaces are not. 170 watts for an 8 foot stretch. Granted it’s a small bathroom but it works really well. Also, it’s enough to keep the room comfortable with door closed as there is no ducting in that room (we use a wood stove as primary and a mini split as secondary for rest of home)

Purchased this with the wifi programmable panel. Had some problems finding a qualified electrician familiar with installing in DC area but found one who was very helpful in figuring out how much to order and understanding the product and care needed during install, overlay of tile and general use. Ordered enough for a path from the wall panel across the front of the vanity and step down from the steam shower into just under the toilet in the water closet. Product arrived pretty quickly for small delay in finishing bathroom build out. The second hardest thing to find was the Watts app to operate the panel to turn on the heated matting. And reseting passwords when you forget the one you set up!

Bought a small mat through the Amazon open box sellers so it was pretty inexpensive. I had used another brand for my kitchen and had a small spot leftover so I grabbed this and linked it to the same line as the other one. This one, albeit more expensive, definitely generates more heat than the other brand.
