Due to size I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. My 2nd day i started the full dose. I was already trying to lose weight and I'm not sure if taking this helped or not but in 2 weeks I had lost 5lbs. Well I started my menses last night and had gained 3lbs over the weekend. And I woke up to extremely bad cramps today with an excessive flow. But one thing I know it helped with and has me jumping for joy is my hirsutism is getting better. I have had to shave my chin every morning for as long as I can remember. OMG it comes in slower and softer, I could almost shave every other day now. My dr instructed me to take myo&d-chiro inositol along with chromium for PCOS. I found these because I was searching for something that could possibly have everything I needed in one and I found these! I also love that they include the folate and vitamin d. I had been previously taking a different brand since May with no period and it could be a coincidence but after a week and a half on this brand, my period came! This was the only change I made! I will continue to take these coincidence or not because I like having everything I need in one bottle.

Great value for the supplement. I’ve been using this product for about 15 days at the full dose. It doesn’t make me sick to my stomach or cause any weird side effects like other supplements have. Hopefully I’ll see some changes in my bloodwork in a few months. If I do I’ll update the stars but so far so good, I’m willing to keep trying to manage my PCOS with this product.
