Good to eat, makes great mead
I purchased this back in January. I am beginning to get into small batch mead making and chose this honey for a batch. The honey alone is sweet and earthy, very satisfying flavors and would mix well in sauces or dressings. As a primary base for mead, this produced a smooth, savory mead with some key lessons learned from brewing for the first time using raw product. I plan to order more flavors from Rango for future batches and for just plain enjoying such diverse honeys.
