I like the flavour of this coffee, and it's at a very good price compared to other offerings on the market, but however the plug system on the capsules has been designed needs looking at. My machine struggles to get anything other than a very thin stream of fluid to pass through. The cup takes an age to fill, and it does concern me that I'm doing harm to the compressor on the machine in the long term.Update May 2021. After trying other types (didn't taste as nice), I returned to these, and..... yes, every so often water streams round the base as the flow system blocks. Really annoying.

As others have said.Sadly their seems to be an issue with another cheap alternative I get so tried these. Interestingly, even on the official DG website all Dulce Gusto products that contain milk were unavailable when I ordered these. So is there a quality of milk products in general we have not been notified of?? (i know this is not a DG product but I'm talking about the milk powder)*There is an issue with liquid passing through the pod- if you cut the lid open it and look inside the ingredients clump together forming lumps, I've not seen any other product do this.*The pump pressure struggles which could break your machine- again because of the clumps and constancy of the ingredients when combined with water.*At the bottom of your cup once you actually get a drink their is a think build up of residual "paste"- I can only describe it like gravy...I wonder if anyone has contacted trading standards and health and safety to get these checked because even working in coffee shops things like that just shouldn't happen...

I really like the flavour and the capsules are great value. However, as some other reviewers have said, some of the capsules have a flow problem - I can hear the machine struggling, producing a very slow flow and sometimes causes the hot water to pour from the capsule drawer, this can result in a pool of water on the kitchen counter. I have used a few different makes of capsules but this is the only one that causes a problem.

Really good price thank you . We purchased several of these. They do as they should fit the dolce gusto with no discernible difference other than flavour. My thoughts are they are not overall to dissimilar to americano. Thank you

I’m a big fan of Dulce Gusto Cafe Au Lait, in fact I have to say it’s one of my favourite coffees. I drink loads of the stuff.So when I saw an Amazon own brand I thought I must give it a go.To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This coffee tastes very bitter in comparison to the smooth flavour of the original.Yes, it’s a couple of quid cheaper, but believe me, it’s not worth it.do yourself a favour and spend that little bit extra and get yourself the original.I’ve told the wife I’m going to keep these and give them to people I don’t like :)

Absolutely terrible - the pods state they are compatible to the dolce gusto machines but the ones I have received are not- every pod I have used so far leak so much additional water everywhere - I bought a bulk order and they are going straight in the bin- I guess buy cheap buy twice - don’t waste your money folks

Really disappointed. The box shows it as 3/5 on strength, but I would put it at a 2 (at best)Even my 9yr old says its weak. Its a bit like "Costa" v "Nero".I wish they would make a large size strong americano pod.(something like the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Americano Intenso)

Great value for money, tastes more similar to the intenso ( before they changed the recipe) branded version which suits me.I knocked one star off for the difficulty sealing the pod into the machine.
