I purchased this product for my dog, as she was unable to get up and down the stairs without assistance. After using it for the past week, she is now able to manage on her own - which is a great relief! The product is essentially glorified felt and does not provide real gripping. Nevertheless, it is doing its job and my dog can now maneuver the stairs without issue.I read many reviews online about the adhesive not working well, but mine has been great. It is not supposed to be glued down to the stairs permanently, as it would leave marks, but it can easily be taken off and put back on and remains securely in place. I love it and think it offers great value for the price.

Good grip for dogs but doesn’t last very long on wood stairs, it curls up on the ends after a few days and collects a ton of lint.

I got these to put on our stairs so our dogs didn't have as hard a time going up and down. The puppy has a habit of giving it a full send when going down the stairs and sometimes she would slid and end up doing a forward slide down that last few steps. Our older dog had problems just slipping while going up the hardwood. These are VERY easy to install, just make sure to clean the stairs before installing.Now, The mat itself is a felt like material. I have to warn you they are slick if your wearing thin socks so be careful. I am usually in slippers if I'm home and they have great traction with those.Overall all I can say is they work. If the material was a little thicker they would be better, but the dogs don't slide as much now and these are cheaper than a vet bill...or human bill for that matter.

I love that it blends with my stairs. I don’t like that after a few weeks it started to fray on the edges. Holds dog hair so I have to use my large lint roller every other day when I sweep the stairs. Overall, love it but more maintenance than I anticipated.

They are super easy to adhere and not sticky to the touch. Stay extremely well though on my wood stairs with 4 animals and 2 people. Attract a ton of hair though, not sure how best to clean.My only issue is they’re pretty short on the depth. I don’t mind the width because no one walks the outside of their stairs. But the depth makes it hard for the dogs to catch their feet since it only covers 2/3 of the stairs. I may have to get a different brand that’s bigger on the depth.

Bought them to use on a side staircase to help my elderly dog navigate after watching her slip. They are not the prettiest and seem to be made of a felt material. All in all, very functional and my dog has much better grip. Would purchase again.

Low cost and thinner than I thought they would be. They hold okay and are enough grip for the stairs going into the basement. Really bought them for the dog to be able to go up and down without slipping. They work as intended. One lost most of its stickiness so it does slide a bit. Maybe I didnt clean the stair enough when I originally adhered it or maybe dust got underneath over the last few months? idk - worth the money for less used stairs though.

not worth the price. Poor quality. 6" width is ok if you walk on your Toes
