What is the difference between the top, middle, and bottom lines in the customization form? Where do you put the person's name?

That is where you put the person’s name (first, middle, last) or whatever you want in the center of the circle.

Is the middle line the “open book” picture? And just the name goes in the bottom line?

The middle is optional. I did the top and bottom line with the book in the middle

The directions are so unclear. What is top line, middle line, bottom line? You really should diagram this out.

I had the same question when I ordered my embosser and I guessed it. It came back as I thought it would be and it was beautiful. The top line is “From the library of”, the middle is the design you choose ( this was for my daughter so I chose the ladybug design) and the third line is the name of the person who will be the user of the embosser. It’s a great gift for book lovers.
