Good strong stuff, great price
My daily dose goes down with ± 100ml honey melted in warm water and aswagandha in one fell swoop. This brand has the best price so far and the ingredients pure.

Vitamin C
Great product, and a must have as vitamin C does not produce in our body, it also does not stay in our body, so needs to be be a regular supplement

Good, but sodium ascorbate is much better
I bought it by mistake, but I opened before I found my mistake and not possible to return- my fault. I should buy sodium ascorbate instead- as I always bought. Pure vit C is best in sodium ascorbate form, because with same property , is not acidic/sour. AScorbic acid can cause hyperacidity, swallowing problems, gassiness- so you can take in small doses only- as described in package, not high daily doses, as our body needs. WE should use vit C few times per day, but not in ascorbic acid form, which can cause side effect, I mentioned. If you will use ascorbic acid as described in this listing, then OK, but in fact our body needs much more and few times, which is not possible with ascorbic acid. If you know more about vit C , not only what FDA recommend for some reason, you will know what Im talking about. Good product as described, but not as good as sodium ascorbate.

How to make acidulated water
I am not in the habit of eating fruit, and, as an older man with bronchial trouble, I probably need a lot more vitamin C. I decided to give this a try. I mix two scoops into one litre of water, using a coffee pot that I have not used for a while. Putting it in the freezer for a while puts a pleasant chill on it. The result is a coffee pot full of acidulated water. I keep a mug nearby, so I can take a swig at various times during the day and evening.I have been in the habit of having a jug of acidulated water handy at night. If I wake up at an odd hour of the night feeling very dry and with a dry cough, I take a swig. Usually, I make the acidulated water by adding the juice of half a lemon to a half-litre jug of water. I keep it in the freezer for a while to put a chill on it.Acidulated water made with absorbic acid powder, instead of lemon juice, has a very similar taste. As for health benefits, it's probably too early to tell, though I have noticed one thing. For a long time now, falling asleep has been problematic, because as soon as I lie down, phlegm tries to run down into my lungs, so I have a fit of coughing. It settles down, but comes back, in a briefer form, at intervals. However, since taking acidulated water made with absorbic acid, this problem seems to be much less than it was. But I stress, it's early days yet.Fingers crossed.
