Purchased for washing lightly textured matt painted interior walls and ceilings down with Sugar Soap prior to repainting, and it served me well where a synthetic sponge would have disintegrated within minutes. It's squashy in the packet, but needs to be washed out before use, after which it will dry solid. It quickly becomes flexible and slightly rubbery again when immersed in liquid. It rings out well, and holds a lot (or a little (as needed)) of liquid, and soaks up excess "like a sponge!" ;-) Hard to get excited by a sponge, but it's a very good sponge.

Good sponge and can withstand lots of scrubbing when prepping walls for painting.

These are simply the best sponges, Highly absorbent, last for ages, great for boat, car, sink area, and decorating. The size and density is just right.

Disappointing. This product is NOT the dimensions advertised. Its hydrated dimensions are 15x11.5x4 cm only so barely larger than the standard sponge and much smaller than the description.
