A little too lightly flavored for me. One tablet in a 12 ounce bottle of water ended up about the same as a twist of lemon in iced water at a restaurant. In the end I'd rather have plain water and a SaltStick tablet for the same amount of electrolytes and also adds vitamin D at about 1/3rd the cost.If a hint of lemon-lime works for you then you'll be fine with Zym's though.

PLEASE READ. This company not only produces a superior product but they are also incredible in customer service. I had a concern and called at 1:30 am, and the owner called me within 10 minutes. Their product has found a place in all facets of my daily life due to the quality and portability of their tablets. Con: After using this for a few months instead of Gatorade I have found that it doesn't help as much as it claims. On my last bicycle ride i once again started to develop cramps in my upper thighs and calves.Pros: Tastes better than full strength Gatorade

It makes sense that as you lose electrolytes when you sweat that you need to replace them. And why not add some caffeine to keep you going as well? I use these on my long walks/treks. This is subjective, but I reckon these really make a difference to my energy and condition toward the end of a long day in the mountains. Taste is fine -- it is absurd to expect delicious flavor in a product such as this, so I don't care much about that.

I used these tabs while climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, and they were much better than the standard powder format for electrolytes. The disks travel well, and the taste helps boiled stream water become a bit more palatable. When drinking 3-5 litres a day (mandatory to help adjust to the altitude), this is very useful.

Im looking for an electrolyte drink that is not overly sweet. A little tart would be fine. Something clean tasting would be best. This tablet is too sweet and has that sugar-free aftertaste. Sadly, I've used them on twice and both times I could not finish the bottle. I may save these for emergency's only.

Zym has a more complete electrolyte content vs. other tablet electrolyte drunk supplements. Lemon lime, which I purchased, is light, clean and does not taste artificial.
