Great underlay and the best value, a good quality underlay makes all the difference to a carpet. However the best part of the order was the service from the seller. Even though the courier Yodel had lost the original delivery, and having no joy sorting it out myself, as soon as I contacted the seller they sorted it and sent out a new roll using a different courier which arrived the very next day. Great customer service.

Cloud 9 underlay is great quality I have previously ordered 11mm however this time ordered 9cm as I didn’t want to have to remove door and shave it.Whilst the 9mm is fine the 11mm is far superior.
