I ordered a package of these in late December 2021 from Omni Products USA.  They came on time and mostly as advertised.  However, as other reviews have noted, they have metal barbs on both ends.  (I think this is where a wire strung them together for dipping, and was later cut.)  On some the barb is fairly minor and is covered by the PVC coating, but on others it's sharp enough to tear a paper napkin (and likely skin; I didn't try).  If it wasn't for this manufacturing problem, I'd give them five stars.  Coated S-hooks are surprisingly hard to find, the price is good, and these seem well-made otherwise.

The ones I just got from this company are not as good as previous orders. The older style had  more ample end hooks and heavier coating. Putting the two side by side, they are different. The wire gauge may even be lighter, though this impression might be due to the heaver coating. Still, these hooks are very handy around the shop and home. I don't know why they are not a standard hardware store item.
