I love it make me relax and help with all the daily stress really works

I usually do not write reviews. But felt I needed to for this. First of all, I feel that every one can be affected differently by anything,, including these gummies! I try to be conservative about things in this life, sometimes more is less or to much! So I try not to complicate things. I do not take medications at this time, but other supplements or meds may possibly affect results for these I am in a very difficult divorce, I needed some thing to take the edge off of my anxiety and stress which I believe at this time is situational. These gummies help me, I DO notice a mild good relaxing feeling right away that gradually wears off through out day.. Do they make me want to do a jig dance, no but I do notice I am happier and relaxed, they work for me. I've only been taking them for a couple weeks. Because I am conservative, I take one, then maybe a second if needed, but not usually, Will I build up a tolerance, maybe, that can happen. But for now, I take them about 4 to 5 days a week and I am very grateful for them, Hope this helps, price is right too

This product is very helpful in reducing my son’s anxiety and stress. He is on the spectrum and experiences anxiety that can prevent him from participating in many activities. These gummies have reduced his stress and made it possible for him to participate in a greater amount of activities. I have also tried them during stressful situations. They are very effective. The only downside is the flavor can be off putting.

I use these occasionally if I know I have a stressful day coming up. I suffer from anxiety so anything I can use to help is welcomed. Maybe it's just a placebo but who knows? If it gives me extra confidence or eases my worries, it's working! Flavor is fine and texture is good -- not too chewy, not melt in your mouth soft.

Work well but high in sugar.

I had purchased these gummy from a store months ago and hadn't been able to find them ever since. I kept waiting to see if they would be added to Amazon marketplace and was so happy to see them after typing it into sreach once again. I made sure to subscribe and save. They are a nice natural way to easy mild anxiety that can come from a stressful work week or with menstrual cycle hormones. I just didn't want the melatonin kind during the day. I chew two and usually don't need another dose.

I have mild anxiety, can usually fall asleep pretty well, but have trouble staying asleep more than four or five hours. I took two of these last night, as directed. What a mistake! I could not fall asleep until after 3:00 a.m. and had to get up by 6:30 a.m. I was sleepy before bed, and thought taking these would ensure a better night's rest. About three hours after taking these, I felt agitated, a tiny bit shaky, and eyes were wide open, as if it were daytime. These are unreturnable, so they are going straight into the trash.

They really help settle my brain and rampant thoughts before going to sleep.

Debo decir que sí funciona, aunque yo tenía que tomar doble dosis, pero sí calma la ansiedad y dan sueño, lo recomiendo.

En algunas ocasiones con solo una gomita fue suficiente, con 2 me quedo bien dormido

El producto viene en buenas condiciones y nuevo pero caduca en 2 meses, me hubiera gustado que la fecha fuera más lejana. De lo demás todo bien

No me gustaron mucho las gomitas porque carecen o tienen poco poder para conciliar el sueño buen sabor y elaboracion

Aún no lo pruebo pero al no coincidir la imagen con lo que llego tengo dudas de su calidad.
