Build lung strength
If you drive a semi for a living & sitting in a seat for 10 hours days on end this little appreratis does the trick. No more coffee. If you need better oxygen intake when you get sleepy ,use it,it will pep your step naturally.Highly recommend.

Waste of money
There were no directions. Not sure how it works or what to set it at. Didn’t do anything so not sure it’s even working. Don’t waste your money. Look elsewhere. And this item is not eligible for a return.

Not sure what to make because no instructions regarding filter
There does not seem to be a way to ask the seller a question and I am frustrated there are no instructions regarding the cotton filters that come with the device. Where and how do you replace them? The filter seems to sit at the bottom of the dial that the instructions say should not be removed. There is also no info regarding how often to change the filter. I am feeling it is pretty useless without that info and there are probably better products on the market.

Not returnable Non Refundable don’t waste your money!
Not made very well, broken from the get-go. Resistance very far off.. very hard to clean if you needed to. Not recommended.!!!!
