Excellent produ t, just like eating fresh scamble eggs

I have to admit, it tastes like eggs! I was so surprised but glad I was wrong. I figured that if it just tasted a little like eggs it was doable. I am so glad I bought it now. BTW it makes great omelets. Scrambled eggs aren't bad either...

They are ok. I have used it in cakes. I made scrambled eggs. They have an odor, I suppose that's what dried eggs smell like. Scrambled eggs in the skillet are better than in the microwave. I'm not anxious to use up what I bought as scrambled but in baking I can't tell from fresh laid. I took them to my sister's to make breakfast and she wouldn't have anything to do with them. I do recommend them. I don't use eggs often. They'll sit in the fridge for months and I have eaten two month old eggs from the fridge and no ailments. So for me these counter top storage powdered eggs are the way to go. If I were a more active cook these would be great to have with limited fridge space or living outdoors.

This is a wonderful product. The eggs smell and taste exactly like fresh. If you follow the directions exactly, you get a great scrambled egg. You can also make omelets. I highly recommend it for your emergency, camping, or hiking supply. Just make sure you have a good whisk on you. A good whisk, water, salt, and a little seasoning is all you need.

I have been using freeze dried eggs for a very long time, I like how long you can keep them without having to worry about them going bad as real eggs can do. I use them everywhere eggs are needed. When I first found these on Amazon they were the best buy, but now I'm afraid they may be pricing them out of my reach. Guess they are not immune to the egg shortage either period. But this review is about the eggs I bought not the eggs I might buy in the future. They're good, I like them I think you'll like them. Enjoy

Met expectations

Love the heavy duty packaging. These powdered eggs are for my emergency survival kits so I have not opened them yet but I did sample some recently and was pleasantly surprised. To me they look and taste like fresh eggs. Easey to prepare and you can make them dry or moist as you like.
