Miracle Care Kwik Stop Styptic Gel 1oz

I thought that the gel would work better and quicker than the powder but it didn't. I cut my Buckles nail too short by accident and of course he bled. I used the gel for the first time and had to end up wrapping his paw in gauze as the bleeding wouldn't stop. Needless to say I was not impressed with this product.

Works quickly, what else should it do?

Because I like to personally test most of the products I use for my service dog, this came at exactly the right time! I'd just taken a fall and had several spots on my left foot and leg that were bleeding. Not only did the Miracle Care Kwik Stop Styptic Gel stop the bleeding efficiently, but the Benzocaine quickly dulled the sting.This is one of those products that I must have on hand, but hope that I don't have to use it. However, I will feel very good about using it if we do have any pedicure accidents. I ordered this in January 2017 and the expiration date on the bottle is September 2019, so I'm also very satisfied with that aspect. This Kwik Stop gel is just the product that I was hoping to find!

The Gel takes too long to dry, unless you have a blow dry or calm dog, but Crazy glue , dries faster, so no blood if you clip too far.

Works great for nail quicks and even nicked Paws!Works well and efficiently and doesn't get scrapped off on concrete like the powder!

I was very happy. It's so much easier to apply than the powder form.

Although this gel DOES work when it decides to come out of the bottle, I found it VERY frustrating that it would clog up when I was trying to apply it to my dog's tail......which means it was frustrating for her when she was already upset with having to have her tumor cleaned and wrapped. Just bought the powder and put it in a bottle with holes in the kid. Works MUCH better!!!!!
