Great for baking sourdough bread
This is a multi purpose pot for sure! I bought one for my best friend who is a great bread maker and now this is her sourdough pot when she is not using it for soup or chili 😁

Great Pot
It looks beautiful and functions very well for the recipies I wanted to use it for. My only negative response would be that the Staub care and recipie booklet that came with it had sections written in every language EXCEPT English!

Really like this pan.
I've had this pan at least a year now, and use it all the time. Great even heat distribution using it on our induction hob. Can provide a very steady, very low simmer. The handles don't get too hot to touch when on the hob. Nice, heavy, well fitting low profile lid with a metal handle.

Öncelikle oldukça ağır bir ürün. Mutlaka kulplarındam tutarak iki elle kaldırılmalı. Isıyı içeriye hapsedip neredeyse düdüklü etkisi yaratıyor. Kısık ateşte kurufasülyeyi enfes pişiriyor. Bakım ve kullanım talimatlarına harfiyen uyun uzun yıllar sağlıklı yemekler pişirirsiniz. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
