Wright 25 Lb Solid Rubber Bumper Weights - Great Cross Training & Olympic Lifting - Sold in Pairs

This is my first review ever on Amazon. I would never write a review, but I am really disappointed in my purchase.I needed a lighter set of plates to warm up with when I do cleans. Thinking that all rubber weights were the same and would bounce when dropped I purchased these because they were the cheapest "bumper plates" on Amazon.When I opened the box, I noticed that these plates were as hard as rock. Giving the weights the benefit of the doubt and hoping that they would bounce even though they felt hard I tried doing a set of cleans with them. Even on cement garage floors, these weights would not bounce. I even had some concerns that they would crack the floor if dropped to hard.I am really disappointed in my purchase. Now I am left with the decision to return them and pay additional shipping and handling fees or just keep them as regular weights.If you are looking for plates to do olympic lifting I DO NOT RECOMMEND you buy theses.

Exactly what I wanted - two 25lb plates, rubberized, correctly sized. As a bonus, they look pretty nice, too! A minor snafu - only one plate was shipped instead of the pair - was quickly rectified with one call to the Customer Service manager. He even called me over the Thanksgiving holiday to let me know the problem had been corrected. I'll definitely buy from the Fitness Factory again.

The title reads "bumper weights." Only one weight was sent this was false advertising and should stated up front. This info was not included in the product features or description. There is absolutely no application for a single Olympic sized weight plate. This is common highway robbery.

My garage gym loves the addition of the these new rubber weights. The wright weights are durable and appear to be very high quality.

These weights came just as pictured, very fast and on time from when ordered. I am pleased with this purchase. Will buy from them again for heavier weights.
