you need this for good meads
i've used this before in mead making and it excels. i'm ready to begin another batch using this stellar yeast. my yeast arrived with an expiration date months away. i will buy again!

Just arrived: nearly expired and hard as a rock!
Very Disappointed! Just got this today and it is hard as a rock, not a good sign for yeast. Also, the expiration date is 11/2020. And it is 11/20, so it's a safe assumption that this is both old and possibly spoiled yeast...

Not quite WLP500, but keep it above 75 degrees and you'll have a fruity brew every time!
