Is this too young for a 10 year old?

I would say not. My niece is 10 and loves the glitter tattoo sets. My 5 year old has this. I think a 10 year old would still enjoy as be able to do them herself

How does it stay on without glue?

We include transfers with pre-printed designs. Transfers are like double-sided tape. One side sticks securely and safely onto the skin. You then peel off the protective layer to reveal another sticky side. When you brush the glitter on top of the transfer, it stays in place.
